Current Efforts
3D Printing for Greenwich Public School’s 8th Grade DC Field Trip
The Greenwich Public School (GPS) 8th Grade is going on a foundational field trip to Washington DC in May 2023. This year marks the first field trip in 3 years. The three GPS Middle School PTAs are uniting to raise $90,000 to ensure that every 8th grade GPS student is able to participate. Here are relevant links:
Neomantra is producing unique 3D printed objects, offering them to the local community in exchange for donations to these PTAs supporting the DC Field Trip. Exchanges must be coordinated through our website or in-person. All materials and production are being donated by Neomantra, allowing the full amount to go to the students. Neomantra has also secured Intellectual Property rights for the models, where applicable.
For over 25 years, Neomantra has been advocating for and contributing to Free (as in Freedom) and Open Source Software.
Past Efforts
In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Neomantra and the Big Picture Foundation teamed up to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), art, and gratitude to hospitals and frontline retail personnel. We no longer are producing these care packages, however some still available if you need, see our COVID-19 PPE Store.
